Planning a seasonal entrance? Here are the answers people most often need before booking or choosing a kit.

Where do you install custom planters?

Vanessa designs and installs seasonal entrances in Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington and the wider GTA. Tell us your location to confirm availability.

Do I need to supply the planter containers?

You can use your own containers if they drain and are frost safe, or ask Vanessa to source new ones. Share photographs and approximate measurements when you request a quote.

What can a Christmas planter installation include?

The design is tailored to your entrance. It can include winter planters, a wreath sized for your door, and garland or railings where the house calls for them. The quote sets out the pieces for your home.

When should I ask about a winter installation?

Ask in October if you want a November installation. The available dates depend on the weather and the remaining build schedule, so check current availability before making plans.

How is a custom installation priced?

Pricing depends on your containers, the number of pieces, materials and the entrance itself. Send photographs and rough container measurements, and Vanessa will respond with a design direction and quote.

Can I make a winter planter myself?

Yes. The DIY winter kits include the non-fresh pieces and instructions listed on each product page. You supply the planter container and fresh greenery or flowers. Check the product listing for the exact contents.

Is there a design option without an in-person visit?

The custom four-season plan provides a design for your house with seasonal recipes and setup instructions, without an on-site installation.
