Shipping & Returns

A little clarity before your order arrives. Here is how delivery works for our planter kits, decorative stems and other physical products.

Shipping costs and separate boxes

Add your items to the cart and enter your delivery destination to see available shipping services and prices before placing your order. Shipping depends on the delivery address, the size and weight of the packed order, and the carrier service you choose.

We combine compatible items when they fit safely. Larger orders, long stems and some kits may need separate boxes. When more than one box is required, the cart and checkout show shipping options for each box. Please review all boxes and the order total before payment.

Delivery estimates and preorders

In-stock winter planter kits are normally packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment. Carrier transit time is additional. Preorders follow the dispatch expectations on their product pages.

Carrier delivery estimates are transit estimates; they do not include the time needed to prepare your order. For a time-sensitive project or a question about delivery to your location, contact us before ordering. Preorder dispatch expectations appear on the relevant product page.

Damage, missing items or an order question

Please choose Order or product help on our contact form, or email vanessa@wreathcoach.com. Include your order number, the product name and a description of the issue. For damage, keep the product and packaging and have photographs ready so we can review what happened.

Returns for kits and accessories

You may request a return for unused winter planter kits and accessories within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return postage.

Before sending an item back, please contact us or email vanessa@wreathcoach.com with your order number and the item you would like to return so we can provide the next steps. For damaged or incorrect orders, please use the order-help process above.
